Anna Morgan is a lawyer in the Queensland practice. She is
passionate about of the pursuit of justice and is dedicated to
assisting clients to achieve solutions and outcomes through
pursuing their legal rights and remedies.
Anna has practiced in insurance and commercial litigation for
over 11 years and has litigated in a range of courts including
Queensland's Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and District Court, the
Federal Court, the High Court of Australia and the High Court of
Hong Kong.
Anna has a particular interest in superannuation insurance
claims, claims against professional advisors such as financial
planners or insurance brokers, and disputes over Wills and
estates.
In addition to her work at Maurice Blackburm, Anna is an Adjunct
Teaching Fellow at Bond University where she has authored and
lectures the post-graduate subject Expert Evidence and Dispute
Resolution.
Anna is also a member of the Australian Insurance Law
Association, Gold Coast District Law Association, Women in
Insurance and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
