Christine Mercer is a Senior Associate in the Maurice Blackburn
Queensland Medical Law practice. Christine joined Maurice Blackburn
in January 2011 having come from managing a Medical Law practice
for five years in another Brisbane firm.
Christine is based in Maurice Blackburn's Maroochydore office.
She also sees clients in the firm's offices in Cairns, Townsville,
Rockhampton, Mackay and the visiting offices of Gladstone and
Toowoomba.
Christine qualified in the UK in 1994 where she worked in
Criminal defence before travelling the world and returning to
Australia in 2001 where she settled in Brisbane and began working
in the area of plaintiff civil claims.
Christine's career has seen her always fighting for the rights
and justice of disadvantaged people. Christine's focus is on
achieving the best outcome for her clients, combining in-depth
legal knowledge with a practical commercial approach.
Christine is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
