Emily Hart joined the Medical Negligence department of
Maurice Blackburn in December 2009.
Emily has worked on plaintiff WorkCover and TAC claims before
shifting focus to specialise in medical negligence cases. She has
acted for a range of clients from varied backgrounds in the
Magistrates, County and Supreme Courts and is passionate about
access to the legal system for individuals who have been
injured.
After graduating from Monash University in 2007 with a Bachelor
of Law (with Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts, she completed her
Articled Clerkship and was admitted to practice in April 2009.
Emily is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and Victorian
Women Lawyers.
