John Wieladek is a lawyer in Maurice Blackburn's

Before joining Maurice Blackburn, John served as an associate to
the Honourable Justice Gray of the Federal Court of
Australia. John also worked for a number of years as an
industrial officer for the Victorian Branch of the Australian
Manufacturing Workers' Union.
John represents employees, including public sector employees, white
and blue collar workers, and trade unions in relation to a wide
range of employment and industrial law issues. He advises on
matters including breach of contract, redundancy, unfair dismissal,
general protections, discrimination, sexual harassment and
disciplinary matters. John provides practical advice to
employees on this complex and ever-changing area of law.
John is also an active volunteer at a community legal centre.
