Min Guo is a Lawyer in the Major Projects department. He is
currently working on a class action concerning National
Australia Bank's alleged non-disclosure of its exposure to the
US sub-prime mortgage crisis, and a class action arising from the
2009
Black Saturday bushfires.
He was part of the team that brought the Amcor/Visy class
action to trial in 2011 and which secured the largest-ever
settlement of a cartel class action in Australia.
Min holds first-class honours in a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor
of Engineering from the University of Adelaide. Prior to joining
Maurice Blackburn, he worked as a management consultant, advising
ASX 200 businesses on commercial strategy and public policy
reform.
In 2001, Min was awarded a Centenary Medal in recognition of his
work for the youth sector.
